   I look at the attic, crawl space or walls myself and point out anything that has to be fixed first, because like a kitchen station, the prep comes before the cooking, and then I write up a free estimate from what I actually saw, with no obligation. If you say go, we handle the permit when the job needs one, prep the space, do the work and clean up before we leave.
